What role you will play in our team
Support Analytics user base by ensuring reliability and sustainment of analytics data models (SAP/HANA above foundation data models)
Execution of certain analytics platform activities in support of business process analytics and transactional/operational data analytics
Ensures that data contained in SAP/HANA is available, accurate, and accessible to user groups. Coordination of system-enabled business processes within the SAP/HANA/TDT/other subject areas Provides user support on data integrity and system functionality
What you will do
SAP/HANA above foundation data models:
Data Load: Monitor and review the data file upload load status report; continuous analysis and optimization of data loads to optimize user work processes; maintenance of source flat files used in data modeling
Incident escalation: Coordinate and lead the remedy ticket status/prioritization with IT
Testing: Facilitate and document user-testing on break/fix resolution, enhancements and service projects Data Integrity & Health checks:
Validates data extracted from semantic layer (using reconciliation workbooks/queries) to ensure data models reconcile with source
Coordinates investigations of data discrepancy/resolution between source and HANA/data-models Communication: Promptly communicate all SAP/HANA related issues/scheduled maintenance/upgrades to the appropriate user groups
Advice: on data model access processes and entitlements
User Support: guidance on front-end data extraction and delivery
About you
Basic knowledge of SAP R3; Good working knowledge SAP/HANA reporting environment including data modeling and extraction, query and workbook development
Intermediate SQL skills (Joins, Aggregation, Window functions) or other front-end data extraction tools; Knowledge of data visualization tools is an advantage (Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, etc.); Desired knowledge with Python programming, Machine Learning, Snowflake, Statistics analysis, is also an advantage.
Good business judgment, strong communications skills and root cause analysis skills. Ability to work virtually; flexibility in work schedule
Strong initiative, change management and multi-tasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work remotely in a “virtual team ; work independently with minimal day-to-day instruction
