- Knowledge of Brazilian payroll and mandatory deductions and reporti
- Working with the third-party payroll vendors (ADP and TMF) on the processing for Brazil
- Handle day-to-day payroll activities
- Document and maintain all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Proactively work with the payroll providers to ensure that on-going payrolls are correct.
- Work with business stakeholders to ensure that the payroll meets with their requirements and that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Investigate and correct any errors due to system or process issues
- Support the process of Statutory payments and reporting
- Understanding and reacting to business needs.
- Creating consistency across all business units.
- Identify and correct existing broken processes
- MS Office Intermediate (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
- Brazil Statutory Rules
- Year End form completion
- Business acumen (knowledge of each business and how to navigate to get things done)
- Attention to detail
- Working with remote location
