Job description
Responsible for daily monitoring of deliveries, ensuring that delivery times for each region are met, as well as delivery schedules and seeking the best solutions for occurrences linked to the operation. Control of delivery receipts, monitoring of reverse logistics, service to internal and external customers and collection of applicable debts due to the absences and damages of the products caused by carriers.
Accountabilities
- Service to internal and external customers.
- Daily monitoring of deliveries and reverse logistics.
- Control of delivery deadlines, scheduling and occurrence control.
- Analysis of extra costs, such as redelivery, returns, storage, TDE, etc.
- Analysis of extensions due to delays in deliveries.
- Invoicing due to shortages and damages caused by carriers and
- monitoring until payment is made.
- Control of delivery receipts by batch/carrier.
- Weekly sending of delivery and returns information to the sales department.
- Participation in cyclical and general inventories.
- Development of various reports.
Specific Accountabilities
- Business Administration, Logistic, Supply Chain or related career.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics or transport, involving monitoring activities deliveries and returns, customer service and freight analysis.
- Good proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point.
- Well-versed on analytical tools and techniques.
- Analysis of data through IT tools.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business partners.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements to eliminate non-value added work.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Prioritize based on business strategies and objectives.
- Commitment to service internal & external.
Required Skills and Experience
- Intermediary English.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets in Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Spanish (written and spoken is optional).
- Self-starter (able to work on own initiative).
- Awareness of trends & innovations in Supply Chain practices.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain and associated systems (e.g. WebVendas, TOTVs, eDUP, etc.).
- Out of the box thinker.

- Report directly to Supply Chain Supervisor of Recife warehouse.
- Brazil Supply Chain team (São Paulo office/warehouse and Brazil plant).
